CloudDocs by Tungsten Automation is an online data capture solution that securely manages documents and allows organizations to operate efficiently and securely. As SAP Customers began rolling out CloudDocs, there were a number of business and technical requirements that were not being met. SAP users wanted to utilize the SAP ArchiveLink interface to integrate the documents stored in CloudDocs with the native SAP viewing functionality found within SAP’s (GOS). Unfortunately, this is not possible, CloudDocs does NOT support the SAP ArchiveLink interface.
That is until now, Verbella has developed and released to the SAP market, the Verbella V-Link Connector for CloudDocs. The connector allows SAP to connect with CloudDocs via the SAP ArchiveLink interface. Documents can now be scanned and archived via Tungsten Capture (formally Kofax Capture) using ArchiveLink to CloudDocs. Documents and files can also be directly uploaded from within the transactions inside of SAP to CloudDocs using ArchiveLink. These documents are all retrievable/viewable from within SAP and from the CloudDocs web application.
