Automate the processing of your incoming Sales Orders with SAP Order Tracking Center (OTC) form Verbella. Verbella’s OTC will capture your incoming documents whether paper, fax, email or EDI. Automatically classify and extract data from the incoming order using Tungsten (formerly Kofax) Capture and Tungsten Transformation (formerly Kofax Transformation Module or KTM), so that critical information can be validated before processing. This way our processors only deal with exceptions. Once validated, the required data is populated in SAP and the Verbella Order Tracking Center and the image of the Sales Order and any backup documents are stored in your Content Repository, accessible from both the OTC Record ID and the Sales Order.
