Document Batch Audit
Document Batch Audit resolves one of the biggest complaints from SAP Customers using ArchiveLink to store their documents. That is SAP’s limitation to retrieving, viewing and printing only one ArchiveLink document at a time. This makes Audits and issue resolutions very time-consuming.
Document Batch Audit is a time-saving solution that automates the mass printing and downloading of multiple images and supporting documentation stored within an SAP-linked content repository. It is no longer limited to ArchiveLink Documents. We now give users the option to include K-Pro Documents, which SAP refers to as attachments. These files are stored on the SAP Database and are generally temporary.
Users will enjoy a very user-friendly selection screen that will allow them to display only those documents that they are interested in viewing. From there, the users have the option to either batch print all the selected documents or to download those documents to a secure work area either on their desktop or onto the server. The Document Batch Audit solution is available out of the box for Financial Documents, Customer Invoices / Proof of Delivery (POD) and HR Employee Batch Audit Solutions are also available.
The FI version of the Document Batch Audit Solution also comes with an additional feature – the Document Imaging Audit Report. The Audit Report allow users to quickly identify SAP Financial Transactions that are missing stored/linked document images.
